Your favorite/most memorable Halloween costume: Killer Pumpkin. What event this fall are you looking forward to attending?: Shrimp festivals, oyster roasts and live-music events. Education/experience:  I have a master’s degree in English from Purdue, and I taught for Trident Technical College for 10 years. Employment: At the moment, I’m trying to figure out what life after teaching looks like. Interests/hobbies: Photography, travel, walking my dog. Your favorite/most memorable Halloween costume: A Titanic passenger, after the ship went down. What event this fall are you looking forward to attending?: Some photography excursion with my neighborhood photography club, but I don’t think we’ve picked one yet. From: Richmond, Virginia. Education/experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University. Employment: Senior Healthcare Representative at Pfizer.  Interests/hobbies: Reading, exercise, cooking and, most recently, fishing because our 5-year-old absolutely loves it.  Your favorite/most memorable Halloween costume: Last year my husband and I dressed up as Mary Poppins and Bert (the chimney sweep), and we dressed our youngest as a penguin! It was a fun family event!  What event this fall are you looking forward to attending?: There are so many great events and festivals in the area, but I always love a good oyster roast and, of course, the Boone Hall Pumpkin Patch.  Favorite quote: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” — Maya Angelou. Jamiel Charbel John Kadri Lives in: Mount Pleasant.  From: Mount Pleasant. Education/experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and minor in management from Clemson. CPA license, but I’ve been in accounting and finance recruiting for approximately 19 years after starting my career in accounting. Employment: Founder & President of Fulcrum Staffing. Interests/hobbies: Spending time with my family, Clemson sports — especially football, boating and golf when I can, and volunteering with Sullivan’s Island Fire and Rescue. I also enjoy learning more about my faith. Your favorite/most memorable Halloween costume: I dressed up as Hank Williams Jr. one year. It was sweet!
