When you call Charleston air conditioning company AirMax to schedule a service, you’ll instantly know you’re working with a small, family-owned business. That’s because Install and Sales Coordinator Tiffany Talley answers the phone with the kind of warm, welcoming personality that assures you you’re going to be taken care of with a smile.
Talley is a Lowcountry native. Having grown up in Hollywood, she took a long bus ride into town throughout middle and high school to attend Charleston County School of the Arts. After graduating, she spread her wings and relocated to Tampa to pursue a bachelor’s degree in communications, followed by a master’s in strategic communications. She explored exciting career opportunities in television and radio but felt that something was missing. She longed to spend more time with her family, nieces and nephews and came back home to Charleston in search of a new path.
Last May, Talley became a part of the AirMax family, where she feels right at home. Her position is challenging yet rewarding, as she has the unique opportunity to work with each new customer from their first interaction with AirMax through completion of their project. “I am very involved when it comes to new customers getting the AirMax experience,” she exclaimed.
From scheduling service to ordering parts, following up to ensure client satisfaction and providing information on maintenance plans, Talley’s communications background ensures that you’ll feel valued throughout the process, making her the perfect fit for AirMax’s relationship-driven team.
When she isn’t hard at work at AirMax you’ll find Talley tending to her garden at home, where she enjoys growing flowers, fruit and vegetables. Even her hobby has made its imprint on AirMax, where she recently finished filling the flower bed outside the shop with colorful blooms. It seems that this passionate team member has officially made AirMax her home.
