TAZIKI’S MEDITERRANEAN CAFE
In 1997, Keith Richards and his wife Amy took a vacation to Greece that would change the course of their lives. Amongst the cobblestone streets, surrounded by history and beauty, they discovered small-table Mediterranean cafes, places where everyone in the community gathered to connect around flavorful meals and to celebrate the joy of everyday life. The experience sparked inspiration for opening Taziki.
“Prioritizing fresh, minimally-processed ingredients and making food to order are core principles for us,” Richards said. “We are passionate about offering the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean in an approachable way. Our dishes let the quality of wholesome components like olive oil, herbs and seasonal produce shine through without unnecessary complexity.
