Go-to meal at home: I like cooking outside on one of the three grills I have. Maybe some ribs, steaks and whatever is growing in the garden. Favorite ingredient to work with: Local fish from Abundant Seafood is always great quality, and they get stuff in that’s interesting and delicious to work with. Interests outside of work: Golf, mountain biking, jeepin’ and exploring new restaurants with my wife, Christine. JORDAN BUFFET Position: Sous chef at Water’s Edge Restaurant Originally from: Charleston Favorite menu item: Our traditional style paella, with a small Water’s Edge twist. Go-to meal at home: Thai style chicken curry. Favorite ingredient to work with: Curry. Interests outside of work: Coaching my son’s baseball team and helping my daughter practice for her dance class.
