Grammy’s Attic is a must-visit destination for decor enthusiasts, DIYers and antiques aficionados. Owner Rene Clark put it best when she said, “you’ll find a little bit of everything at Grammy’s Attic.”
In their new location off Clements Ferry, Grammy’s offers a selection of vintage pieces, decor items, artwork, consignment articles, refinished furniture and local products. The charming boutique is also the ideal spot to find distinctive gifts.
Clark, an antiquing enthusiast who enjoys “the hunt,” started at Mount Pleasant Mall, where she curated eclectic finds from cross-country shopping excursions. After taking a chalk-paint class in 2012, she decided to incorporate restoration into her repertoire. Grammy’s carries lines of professional-quality paints and stains from Wise Owl and General Finishes. Clark and associate Susan Fischer are available for product consults on refinishing. They can also be commissioned to bring your restoration dream to life.
Clark is excited about hosting events in their new space including a March sidewalk sale and sip-and-shop nights. Event updates, design inspiration and new arrivals are posted to their Facebook and Instagram pages.
“I like helping customers find that special piece that fits their home,” said Clark. With so many carefully curated items to choose from, there is sure to be something for everyone.
