Traveling to Mexico annually, the owners study ways to continually improve their dishes and drinks. Offering authentic Mexican and fusion dishes sets them apart from other restaurants in the area. Winning Best Of gives “more motivation to continue everyday duties of making sure customers are given 100 percent in all aspects of what we strive for Viva to be,” said co-owner Yesenia Leon. The restaurant recently celebrated their three-year anniversary by hosting tequila pairing dinners and a final oyster roast celebration that included tequila tastings and a band.
