I can vividly remember when I first met Matt Grason, founder of Level Up Video, who has since become an extended member of the Mount Pleasant Magazine family.
It all started at the Harbor Entrepreneur Center when visiting one of our clients. I ran into Frank Wells, founder of Holy City Med, who was sitting in an area of the center designed to create networking conversations. That’s exactly what happened when Frank spotted me; it was like old home week. We had not seen each other in a while so we took a few minutes to catch up. After talking for a bit, he introduced me to Matt, who was sitting next to him.
Following a short introduction, I said hello to Matt just before Stanfield Gray walked by and become part of our conversation. Frank asked if I knew Stanfield, the founder and CEO of Dig South Tech Summit. I said I did and told Frank that over the years, Mount Pleasant Magazine had published articles about Dig South. Stanfield and I started chatting, and I congratulated him and told him it was great to see how Dig South had grown. Stanfield then had to leave because he was working on his upcoming Dig South, and I was leaving for my next appointment.
As Stanfield left, I was also preparing to go, but before I did, I wanted to get to know Matt and asked him what he did. He said AI development. I told him about a few AI ideas I had, and we had an engaging conversation thanks to Frank. What happened next has been fun and extraordinary.

Soon after we met, Matt reached out and we set up an appointment. Our time together has resulted in developing AI clones of realtors, who are now able to showcase their new listings using their AI clone as they walk through these homes and discuss them. Basically, they let their clone do all the work. Soon we will create clones for mortgage bankers, builders, designers, etc. Whatever industry you are in, AI will be very impactful.
What’s been more impactful on humanity: fire, electricity or AI? Just putting AI in the same sentence as fire or electricity makes a statement.
