Dr. Ann Gregory Kelly is a highly regarded board-certified physician specializing in family medicine, offering comprehensive care for individuals of all ages. Her dedication to patient-centered health care, combined with her extensive training and diverse experience, make her practice uniquely positioned to serve entire families — from newborns to grandparents. In an era where many family medicine providers no longer offer pediatric care, Dr. Kelly stands out by embracing a full-spectrum approach, ensuring continuity of care for all generations.
A distinguished graduate of the College of Charleston, Dr. Kelly earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine. She further honed her skills through the Middlesex Health Family Medicine Residency Program, a full-spectrum training program that provided her with extensive experience in medical management of patients, not only in the clinic but also in inpatient and nursing home settings. She also had the opportunity to advance her passion for behavioral health which included additional rotations in substance use treatment and psychiatry, as well as serve as chief resident in her final year.
Dr. Kelly’s practice offers a wide array of medical services tailored to meet the diverse health care needs of her patients. She provides comprehensive preventative evaluations, ensuring her patients maintain optimal health. She also specializes in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, depression, dementia, COPD, asthma and skin conditions. Her expertise extends to office-based procedures such as management of long-acting reversible contraception (IUD, implant), trigger point injections, skin biopsies and suture repair of minor lacerations. She also routinely treats common infections of the respiratory tract, urinary tract and skin.
Beyond her dedication to general family medicine, Dr. Kelly has a passion for pediatric care. Her services include well-child check-ups, immunizations, newborn care and sports physicals, offering parents peace of mind knowing their children receive expert medical attention from birth onward. Her ability to provide care for all ages eliminates the need for families to transition between different providers as their children grow, creating a seamless health care experience.
Her commitment to holistic and patient-centered care extends to behavioral health services, including advanced prescribing and substance use treatment. She understands the importance of mental and emotional well-being and strives to provide compassionate support to her patients facing depression, anxiety and other behavioral health challenges.
Dr. Kelly’s passion for community involvement is evident through her work with organizations such as Concern America, East Hampton High School’s Series on Reproductive Health and St. Andrew’s free medical clinic.
