Ingredients
1 lb Fresh Shrimp. (Straight off the boat at Shem Creek is the best) Peeled and deveined.
Seasoning Mix
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
½ teaspoon crushed rosemary leaves
½ teaspoon oregano
Sauce Ingredients
½ stick sweet butter
1 Tablespoon Worchestshire Sauce
2 teaspoon minced garlic
4 ounce clam juice
4 oz beer
Method
In a sauce pan over high heat melt butter with seasoning mix and garlic, add Worchestshire sauce, clam juice, and beer. Be careful to not let the butter burn before adding the liquid. Let mixture boil for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook till just done, about 3 minutes. Do not stir the shrimp, simply shake the pan. Serve in a bowl with sour dough bread for mopping!
