Beech opened in 2016, can you tell us about where and how it started?
Our first location was on King Street. I always had a passion for food and acai and poke bowls were and still are my favorite. I thought there was a demand for a fun and healthy fast casual restaurant in Charleston. Build the menu around that based on the four pillars of a balanced healthy diet: fruit, fish, rice and vegetables.
What stands out about your products?
We source the best ingredients available, strive to be consistent, fast and convenient. Super allergy conscious for our customers. And never willing to sacrifice quality for margin.
