Anne Caufmann’s new Photography by Anne ‘Gallery’ marks a shift from creating images for others to creating from within. The Gallery invites Caufmann to reconnect with the reasons she picked up a camera in the first place: to explore light, form and emotion through the lens. This isn’t a retreat from the commercial world, but rather a reclamation of creative space where intuition leads, and the work reflects something deeper and more enduring for Caufmann and her clientele.
This new Gallery challenges Caufmann to slow down and trust that each work can stand on its own and be enjoyed by others. It’s not abandoning the past but instead building upon it in a way that feels more aligned with who she is as an artist. “Sometimes you have to change up what you do and try something new; creativity, growth and fulfillment all live just beyond the edge of the familiar,” she said.
Caufmann is excited to share her online Gallery, especially her lifestyle images from a recent trip to the South of France, alongside other incredibly talented photographers.
In this new space, photography becomes a way to explore ideas rather than just capturing moments. Photography becomes a strong visual language for what can’t be easily said. Caufmann’s online gallery features Lifestyle + Travel, Botanicals and Lowcountry Aerials alongside other categories. Most artwork is available framed and ready to hang as well as in individual prints.
