Kye was the star of the photo shoot at the chef’s herb garden at Burtons in Mount Pleasant. “We are really focused on quality and serving foods that are in season,” said executive chef, Chase Barton. “Every morning I taste everything on the line and our service is the best.”

Tom Crawford, wearing a tan dress shirt with Van Heusen black slacks, jacket and patterned tie, is joined by Sissy Baker, sales executive with UNITS Portable Storage. Tom and Sissy enjoy the early evening on Burtons patio with cocktails and a Baked Stuffed Zucchini appetizer made up of roasted zucchini filled with goat cheese and herbs, topped with zesty tomato sauce and manchego cheese (available on their gluten-free menu).

Play-by-play sports broadcaster Darren Goldwater wears Polo Ralph Lauren menswear while enjoying a bar appetizer of focaccia croutons and the house pimento salad with his wife, Ryan Nelson, at Burtons. Jewel Davey, property accountant for Mount Pleasant Towne Centre wears a knee length Jessica Howard dress with black sequins and satin ruffle hem while enjoying a calamari appetizer with her co-worker, Andy Lowe, at Carrabba’s in Mount Pleasant. Andy, general manager for Mount Pleasant Towne Centre, wears gray, Calvin Klein suit separates from the Modern Fit Collection. Styling and make-up provided by Belk in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre.

Deona Smith, president of DeJo Communications Group, looks on at an array of toppings with her son, Joseph, a student at Belle Hall Elementary, at Carrabba’s in Mount Pleasant. Deona looks stunning in a black and champagne satin Jessica Simpson dress with a rope belt and Ann Klein jewelry. Andy Lowe, Kristi Tolley and Jewel Davey, all members of the management team for Mount Pleasant Towne Centre are joined by Deona Smith, publisher of Living Roots Magazine and her son, Joseph, at Carrabba’s in Mount Pleasant. The women, all with Clinique make-up, pose with shoe styles, such as Jessica Simpson, Nine West and Michael Kors, only available at Belk in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre.

Carrabba’s in Mount Pleasant serves delectable Italian entrees such as this Filet Bryan, topped with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and a basil lemon butter sauce.

Emily Hearn looks darling as she is joined by her father, Bryan, an assistant principle of nine years at Wando High School. Their appetizer, Lump Crab Meat & Avocado Tostaditas is made fresh at Red Drum in Mount Pleasant. “I think my dad looks very handsome in a vest and pink shirt,” said Emily. “It isn’t something he would normally wear.” Clothing provided by Belk in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre.

Preston Hearn, a 4th grader at Pinckney Elementary, leads his family in a toast at Red Drum in Mount Pleasant. His mother, Dara, looks great in a Lilly Pullitzer black lace, sleeveless mini-skirt and Lancôme make-up provided by Belk in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre.

Jason Mikell, of Mikell Law Firm in Mount Pleasant, sets the bar in this Ralph Lauren purple and white striped button down shirt, jacket and gray pants. He also wears black dress shoes by Chaps, all provided by Belk in Mount Pleasant Towne Centre.

Denise James, managing editor of Mount Pleasant Magazine joins Michele for the well-known shrimp n’ grits appetizer and drinks on the comfortable patio at Triangle Char & Bar in Mount Pleasant.
