Lemon Meringue Pie (From bartender, Blake Wells)
– 1 part pinnacle whipped vodka
– 1 part Dailey’s Triple Sec
– 1/2 part sour mix
– Fresh-squeezed lemon
– Shake and serve in martini glass with sugar rim

Southern Peach Tea (From bartender, Blake Wells)
– 1 part Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka
– 1 part Absolute Peach
– 1/2 part peach schnapps
– 2 parts lemonade
– Shake and serve over ice
Cucumber Rain Martini (From bar manager Vince Metzler)
– 1.5 oz. Rain Cucumber Lime Vodka
– 1 oz. Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka
– 1.5 oz. non-alcoholic Triple Sec
– 2 squeezed lemon wedges
– Shaken and served in a martini glass; garnished with a lemon and cucumber slice
