Charleston Men’s Clinic: A Healthy Investment

Posted by MPM Leave a Comment

Charleston Men’s Clinic's Dr. Stuart Markovitz displays an Evexipel pellet.
Struggling with low energy, decreased motivation, mood issues, decreased mental clarity, diminished libido or sexual dysfunction? You very well might be dealing with a hormone imbalance, a condition that affects many people, but often goes untreated.

Hormone pellet therapy offers a simple, long-term solution to help restore balance. This approach is catching the attention of physicians everywhere, including Dr. Stuart Markovitz, medical director of Charleston Men’s Clinic which is now offering the latest breakthrough in the field: Evexipel for both men and women.

“Evixipel’s patented pellet therapy system and minimally invasive insertion technique is a game changer for hormone optimization and overall wellness” Markovitz stated. “This is definitely going to change the way I practice hormone optimization.”

With less invasive methods and longer-lasting results, it’s easy to see why healthcare providers and patients alike are excited about the future of hormone therapy.

Destiny Pope, a registered nurse and Evexias representative, emphasized that “Our goal is hormone optimization for both men and women. We use pellets containing bioidentical testosterone for men and bioidentical estrogen and testosterone for women. Evexias also focuses on thyroid hormone imbalance and we go beyond hormone therapy with an extensive array of peptides and nutraceuticals as well.”

What sets Evexipel apart from traditional pellet therapy? The key differences lie in the patented pellet itself and in the pellet delivery system. The pellets contain a trace amount of an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid to minimize inflammation which significantly reduces post-insertion discomfort, scar tissue and pellet extrusion. Pellets are placed in the subcutaneous fatty tissue of the upper buttock in women and flank in men using a special device called a trocar. The rounded Evexias trocar is different from the sharp tipped instrument other clinics use. With this trocar, there’s far less trauma to the surrounding tissue which leads to a faster and smoother recovery.

Pellet therapy is growing in popularity and for good reason. The “set it and forget it” convenience is a major draw. Unlike injections, which have to be done on a weekly or twice weekly basis, or gels that need to be applied daily, pellets offer long-term hormone optimization. Once the pellets are inserted, they provide a steady release of hormones, maintaining optimal levels in the body for months at a time. This convenience is a game-changer for those who want an effective solution with minimal disruption to daily life.

If you’re looking to regain your energy, balance your hormones, and feel more like yourself again, hormone pellet therapy at Charleston Men’s Clinic might be the solution. With Evexipel, hormone health has never been easier to achieve for both men and women.
